Vassileios Nikolas was born in Agrinio in 1994. He graduated from the University of Athens (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) with a Degree in Law (2017). He holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from Athens Law School. He is a PhD Candidate at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he writes his PhD thesis about Participatory Procedures in Administrative Law. He is a lawyer and a member of the Bar Association since 2020, he has been practicing law with particular emphasis in administrative law, public procurement, spatial and urban planning law and environmental law.
