Dr. Stratos Baloutsos holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Cyprus. His research interests are mainly related to Innovation Ecosystems and start-ups. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, as well as an M.B.A. with specialization in Finance.He is currently in charge of the Office of Technology Transfer at the UBA and is a business manager at the European Cooperative Society "Start For Future SCE".He has significant experience in advising and mentoring start-ups at ACEin - the incubator of the UBA - as well as in European research and development projects creating relevant business models and exploitation/dissemination strategies.In the past she has also worked as a consultant in the fields of business and marketing, as well as market research and market strategy.
