Dimitra Stoumpou is a PhD candidate at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Thessaly, where she excelled and received scholarships from the Bodossaki Foundation, the Society of Senior Business Executives and the State Scholarship Foundation. Her research interests focus on the study of Organizational Behavior issues, with emphasis on leader-follower relationships, ethical leadership and politicalbehaviors within organizations. Her research work has been presented at international conferences such as the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, the 5th Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Leadership Symposium and the 5th Israel Organizational Behavior Conference. She has also worked as a management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and a major hotel company. In recent years, she has taught at the Center for Education and Lifelong Learning at the AUEB and as a Teaching Assistant in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses. She is a member of the Academy of Management, the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and the AUEB Strategy Lab.
