Evgenia Pristouri is a graduate of Athens Law School and holds a postgraduate degree in international studies and European law of Athens Law School. Since 2022 she is Head of the Directorate for the Implementation of Property Taxation and Asset Register in Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR), while before that, during the years 2018-2022, she served as Head of the department of legal support in Directorate for Settlement of Disputes of IAPR. She has been working for the Tax Administration (Ministry of Finance and IAPR) since 2004, while before that she worked as a lawyer, a member of Athens Bar Association.She has participated in project management groups and working groups involving property taxation, restructuring of the real estate objective value system and implementation of the Tax Procedure Code as well as issues related to the operation of IAPR. She is an instructor on property taxation at the Tax and Customs Academy of IAPR and at the Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and she has also taught in vocational training programs at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government and at the Training School for Employees of the Ministry of Finance. She has participated as a speaker in tax-related conferences as well as a writer in collective works involving taxation.
