Anastasios Xepapadeas is Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics of the University of Bologna and Professor Emeritus of the Department of International and European Economic Studies of Athens University of Economics and Business where he served as Dean of the School of Economic Sciences. He is an International Member of the US National Academy of Sciences. He is past president of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economics, past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, and past editor in chief of Environment and Development Economics.He is co-editor of Environmental and Resource Economics, a member of the editorial committee of the Annual Review of Resource Economics and serves as editor for PNAS manuscripts. He has published more than 150 papers in leading journals. His current research interests include Spatiotemporal Analysis in Economics; Economics of Climate Change; Cost-Benefit Analysis; Uncertainty, Ambiguity and Robust Control.
