Kollia Anna

Anna Kollia is a Senior Executive, coming from the Independent Public Revenue Authority of Hellenic Ministry of Finance. She is a graduate of the Physics and Mathematics School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She served as a Public Servant - Tax Officer for a total of 40 years.

Today she is the Honorary Head of the 1st Department of Real Estate and Property Taxation, of the Property Tax Implementation Division of A.A.D.E., since the establishment of the said Department twenty-seven years ago. During her career at the Ministry of Finance, she has been a member of working groups for Greek and international taxation issues, as well as a member of project groups for computerization and creation of the O.P.S. Real Estate Inventory.

She has significant teaching experience as a lecturer in numerous seminars (for tax officials, accountants, notaries, and in many professional groups). In particular, she is a lecturer at the Economic Chamber, EKDAA, SEYYO, and the Tax Academy.

She is trained in teaching adults. Furthermore, she has published 1 book entitled as "Taxation - Real Estate Inventory" (3 editions) and many articles in journals such as Tax Review and Tax Guides. She is also a certified lecturer of EKDAA. In April 2024, her new book was published, "The Complete Guide to Property Taxes".
