Katerina Papanikolaou has more than 6 years of experience in the field of consulting services in the areas of education, organizational development and strategic learning. She is a Senior Manager in PwC's People and Change Services and is the lead in the Skills and Development Consulting Services area in the strategic specialization of skills development and training programs and in the identification and analysis of skills gaps. She has more than 6 years of experience as an organisational development consultant and change and training facilitator and as an HR manager in the Training and Development sector.
