Dimitris Tzavaras has almost 11 years of consulting experience in the tax department of PwC Greece and is a member of the central ESG (Environmental, Social, Corporate Governance) team. For most of his professional career, Dimitris has advised international and domestic clients on a broad range of tax matters including value chain transformations and large-scale cross-border reorganisations, tax structuring, preparation of TP conversion documentation, design of complex price-setting mechanisms, issues associated with the transfer of intangibles (valuations, exit tax issues), APAs and TP audit/litigation projects. He has lead Sustainability transformation projects, has provided ESG Due Dilligence services and has advised clients on environmental taxes and incentives. He has worked with clients from various industries, including energy, oil & gas, cement, shipping & transportation, and financial services. He is an Economist - Tax Consultant and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Liverpool, a B.Sc. in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a Certificate in Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
