Marina Psiloutsikou holds a BSc in Marketing, an MSc in Decision Sciences, and a PhD in Business Strategy. She teaches Marketing, Strategy, and Research Methodology at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Her consulting work is broad and multifaceted. For the past 15 years, she has collaborated with businesses, organizations, and top ministries, and has participated in scientific committees and advisory councils. Her research work includes presentations at international academic conferences and publications in international academic journals and edited volumes on topics such as strategy, marketing, and executive coaching. She has been honored with two Best Paper Awards. She has supervised dozens of theses on marketing and branding topics. Her research has received significant attention beyond academic circles, with prominent examples including studies on consumer behavior during Black Friday and the Covid-19 pandemic. She is the author of three books and has served as the scientific editor of two more. She is the academic coordinator of the programs "Personal Branding" and "Research Methodology in Social and Administrative Sciences" at AUEB. In 2022, she launched a microlearning channel on personal marketing and career management (YouTube channel). She frequently appears in Greek media (e.g., Alpha TV, ERT, Naftemporiki TV, ERA, SKAI Radio, Marketing Week, HR Professional), where she speaks and writes about personal branding and career management topics.
