Rafailia-Foteini Chousmekeridou is a PhD candidate at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a master’s degree in business economics with a specialization in Financial Economics from Erasmus University of Rotterdam and a bachelor’s degree in economics with a specialization in Business Administration from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has been selected for the PhD scholarship program by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI) under the 3rd HFRI Scholarships Call (Scholarship Number: 5563) and completed her postgraduate studies with a scholarship from the NN "Future Matters" Foundation in the Netherlands.
She has worked in the telecommunications and agriculture sectors in the Human Resources Department as a Coordinator, specifically focusing on data collection and analysis in the Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Compensation areas. In the past, she has worked in the education sector as a teaching assistant and has taught the Marketing course to 1st year bachelor students at Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. She has received recognition in both the professional (Employee recognition) and educational sectors (Awards of Excellence in secondary and tertiary education). Her research interests are focused on studying indicators for measuring and analyzing human resources, as well as studying practices for automating and improving the operation of the Human Resources Management and Organization department of businesses.
