Anna Karadimitriou is a Certified Customer Experience Professional by CXPA, an NPS2 Certified Associate by Satmetrix and trained human centric designer by the Design Thinkers Academy UK. For several years, she held various managerial positions at Focus Bari, where she began her career, with her most recent being Vice President, responsible for Customer Experience & Innovation (2017-2023), while serving on company's Board of Directors since 2003. Also, In 2024, Anna moved to Alpha Bank as Learning and Development Manager. With extensive experience in human insights, customer & employee experience, she works on creating educational programs and initiatives centered around people, aligned with the Bank's strategic goals and addressing the constantly evolving needs of roles and skills required in the modern business environment.
Since 2017 Anna has been a visiting lecturer in courses and executive programs of Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) focusing on Customer Experience & CJM. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MA in Child Development from the University of London. She is an active member of the Customer Experience community in Greece, a member of CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association), and has served as a judge in international Customer Experience awards (2020 and 2021).
