Anna Giannoutsou holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus and a Master's Degree in "Advanced Information Systems" with a specialization in "Decision Support Systems" from the same University. She has worked for many years as a database programmer and administrator with Oracle and MySQL, as a Java application programmer and has developed and managed websites with Drupal, PHP, Javascript, etc. She has also taught courses such as "Web Application Development", "PHP", "Visual Basic", "Quality Assurance Systems in Information Technology", "E-Commerce", "Data Structures and Algorithms" in vocational training institutions. She has worked in large organizations, such as OTE, DEI, IDIKA, and in recent years she has been working at the Network Management Center of the AUEB in the development of Internet Applications and Services and systems management.
