Mr. Antonios Katsoulas, Financial Inspector of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (IPRA) and Head of the Internal Affairs Division, has served as an executive of the Ministry of Finance - IPRA, holds a degree from the Department of Public Administration and Political Science of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and has also served for many years in the Capital and Property Tax Implementation Division in all tax areas of the above mentioned Division. In particular, he has served as Head of the Real Estate Transfer Tax Department from 2004 to 2013. He has extensive experience in the above tax areas, is familiar with the objective system for determining the value of real estate, and has served as a member of committees and working groups related to Real Estate Taxation. He has taught at the Tax Inspectorate, at the SEYYO and at the EKDDA, and has been teaching at the KEDIBIM OPA continuously since the academic year 2008-2009 until today.
