George Voulgaris is an Economist with over 30 years of experience in the National Bank of Greece in positions of responsibility such as Branch Network Strategy, monitoring of Financial Organizations, etc. With a strong involvement in Health Organizations, having served as General Manager of the largest insurance provider of the National Bank, TYPET, as well as consultant to Organizations in the private and public sector. As a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics of the National University of Athens and having been immersed both in Techno-economic Systems at the National Technical University of Athens and in Health Management practices at the University of Piraeus, he is an important precursor in the planning of Kapa3 actions, tracing every factor to ensure their sustainability.
