Ms. Evangelia Bista has over 20 years in human resource management in healthcare facilities, specializing in employee training & development. Having in her quiver a rich theoretical training, she is a PhD candidate at the International University on the topic of the ability to assimilate knowledge in oncology patients as far as the adoption of ehealth applications is concerned and also holds an Msc in Health Services Organization and Management & Health Informatics from the National University of Athens, MBA in Business Administration, University of Aegean, Bsc in Business Administration & Organizations, EAP, Bsc in Health and Welfare Management, University of West Attica and certified Adult Educator E. K.E.E.P.I.S., ASPAITE, Certified Volunteer for Oncology Patients, envisions a world where social sciences will be a key link of any intervention in the modern and complex reality.

She is the creator of Kapa3 a Non-Profit Social Services Organization and volunteers as the Operations and Development Manager of the Organization coordinating its activities and its valuable human resources. She works as an Expert at the Independent Authority of Public Revenues (AADE).
