Katsionis Christos is a graduate of the Department of Accounting and Finance and the Teacher Education Program at Athens University of Economics and Business. As a member of the Program’s Research Team since the academic year 2020-2021, he actively engages in the field of Adult Education. Specifically, he provides mentoring and guidance to trainee teachers throughout their learning journey, contributing to the creation of educational materials. Additionally, he evaluates and guides candidates in the stages of micro-teaching and preliminary teaching. Since 2021, he has been working in the Educational Technology sector, focusing on the development of educational programs for universities and educational organizations. He provides support for the learning paths of their members to certify the development of their horizontal skills. Furthermore, in his role as a Human Resource Manager, he offers training to newly hired employees, aiming to align their learning paths with the overall vision, culture, and goals of the company where he works. His research interests include, among others, adult education and the importance of mentoring as a pedagogical method. He maintains an active writing activity in Greece and abroad, serving as a reviewer of articles in distinguished international scientific journals. As an active member of the OPA community, he has demonstrated strong volunteer activity in the past, serving as a member of the Organizing Committee of the 1st University Road Race - OPA Run 2018 and, for several years, as a member of the Organizing Committee of the OPA Rhetorical Club. Additionally, he has volunteered in the local committees of the student associations AIESEC LC Athens & ESN Athens. He is fluent in two foreign languages - English and German and has been a member of the editorial team of the newspaper "OPA NEWS."
