Elina is a Director for the International Tax- Transfer Pricing team in EY Athens, focusing on financial service operations. She joined EY in 2014, after 7 years of experience in the Banking sector.

Prior to joining the EY Greece Tax Department, Elina worked in the Group Tax Department of one of the biggest Banking Institutions in Greece, providing Transfer Pricing services and international tax advice for the Group.

Elina advices multinational companies in a variety of cross-border tax issues, covering Transfer Pricing compliance and planning, substance adequacy and risk assessments, Group restructurings and due diligence, whereas has significant experience in supporting clients with cross -boarder transfer pricing audits, MAP processes and APAs. Her experience also covers exchange of information matters, such as CbCR and DAC6.

She has significant experience in multinational projects, being part of the coordinating team for the Global Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory project of major Greek Headquartered Groups.

Her experience covers a variety of industries with specialization in the financial sector, where she has been involved in the development of linked cross border tax planning and transfer pricing solutions, particularly in the areas of financing and risk management.

• BSc in Economics with specialization in Economics for Finance and Business- Athens University of Economics and Business
• MSc in Finance and Banking -Athens University of Economics and Business
• Business Qualification in Taxation- AUEB
• Member of the Chamber of Economics of Greece
• Certified tax expert/accountant of B rank
