Emmanouil Voskakis is a graduate of the School of Mechanical Engineering of NTUA and an accredited IT consultant in SAP, MS Dynamics 356 (Navision) and 3Com VoIP Telephony. For most of his career he worked in the IT industry, but he also has experience in engineering projects in the industrial sectors of production (technical and medical gases), technical repairs (PC, cash register, etc.) as well as recently in studies in the field of hybrid (pumped storage) power plants from RES. Regarding his professional experience in the field of IT, his work at Olivetti (Repair Center Manager), Infoquest (Competence Center Manager), Sunsoft (vertical F&B solution in Navision), Principal (entrepreneur integrator), freelancer (end to end digitization in SMB) is special. He also has significant work in positions of administrative supervision and execution of full cycle IS development projects, but also in technical development projects of systems and infrastructures in the modern digital transformation environment. In addition to the managerial skills he developed in his career, he has successfully completed demanding technical activities, such as programming in machine language but also in higher languages (C, C++, Java, Python) or even applications (VBA, ABAP, C/SIDE), mathematical modeling of administrative problems with MS Excel, IBM SPSS or R and production of a vertical solution for the F&B space based on Microsoft's Dynamics Nav ERP. He has a long tenure as a mentor-business development consultant and most recently in the applied field of Business Architecture. He has worked as a trainer for candidate ERP consultants (SAP, MS Dymnamics) and has collaborated as a special expert with the Athens University of Economics and Business on Enterprise modelling and Performance Management matters.
