Theodoros Panagos, is an Athens lawyer, managing partner of the law firm "Panagos-Spiliopoulou". He is an Associate Professor at the International Hellenic University, where he teaches Energy Law and Cross Border Energy Trade. He has served as Vice President of the Regulatory Authority for Energy , member of the National Energy Council and member of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Property Organization. He is the author of several monographs on energy law and energy policy, as well as on public procurement issues, and has published a large number of articles and studies on the subject.
