Konstantinos Fouskas is a Professor of Digital Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation and Head of the Technology Transfer Office at the University of Macedonia, Greece. He has extensive experience in strengthening the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem, both as a digital and services start-up entrepreneur and as an angel investor and mentor. He has supported over 200 start-ups, offering guidance and consulting to public and private sector organizations, with a focus on digital transformation and value creation.
His academic work includes more than 60 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences, focusing on digital entrepreneurship, technological innovation, and strategic knowledge utilization. He has participated in over 30 research projects funded by national and EU programs. He has served as an evaluator and committee member in entrepreneurship competitions and contributed to shaping strategies that empower regional innovation ecosystems.
His approach bridges academic knowledge with practical experience, aiming to empower young professionals, foster research-to-market connections, and promote technology-driven entrepreneurship on a European scale.
