The educational program is designed for people in adolescence, namely middle school and high school students and its total duration is 30 hours throughout the school year. It starts at the end of October with a 3-hour field visit to the premises of the Athens University of Economics and Business and ends in May (well before the school exams) with a closing ceremony in person. In the interim, the program is implemented in the form of live streaming for 2 hours 2 times a month, except for the months of Christmas and Easter which will be done once each. In these 2 hours, the trainees, a) learn the basic topics for the entrepreneurship of the future with an environmental, social and economic impact, b) become familiar with entrepreneurship tools, b) learn about business initiatives by sector (e.g., food, trade, services, technology, marketing) theoretically and practically by communicating with entrepreneurs, and c) practice to strengthen entrepreneurship skills. The program allows the trainees to deal individually or in teams with the evaluation of a business idea, which they will present at the closing ceremony. This activity will strengthen the orientation of the trainees to global challenges of sustainable development, cultivate their commitment to initiatives that incorporate ESG criteria (E: Environment, S: Society, G: Governance) and facilitate the adoption of a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship that multiplies impact and creates value for all.
