Short Overview
The Content.AI Edu program, organized by the Lifelong Learning Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business, teaches how to leverage Artificial Intelligence for the strategic design and production of marketing content. The focus is on the principles of prompting, building a personal AI ecosystem through Projects, Memory, and Claude Skills, as well as mastering a strategy that remains stable even as tools evolve. Participants will learn how to produce complete content across every format — text, image, video, audio, music, and landing pages — using the most advanced AI tools available today.
Examples of practical application in the workplace include creating SEO-optimized copy for e-shops, designing visual identity and logos without a graphic designer, producing ad videos with AI avatars and voiceovers in multiple languages, and building functional landing pages from a single prompt. The program concludes with the practical implementation of an end-to-end project: building a brand from scratch, including everything this entails, from strategy and brand identity, to website, social media accounts, and the first full month of content. The goal of the training is for participants to leave with ready-to-use AI workflows they can apply directly to their work, dramatically increasing both the productivity and the quality of the content they produce.
Learning Goals
Upon completion of the program, the trainee will be in the position to:
- Explain the logic behind Large Language Models and apply core prompting principles and AI workflow strategies that remain effective regardless of the tool used.
- Set up a personal AI ecosystem using Projects, Memory, Custom GPTs, and Claude Skills to automate repetitive content tasks.
- Design a complete content strategy, leveraging AI for audience research, buyer personas, brand identity, content pillars, and content calendars.
- Produce professional copy with AI for websites, e-shops, SEO blogs, social media, email marketing, and ad copy — optimized for both Google and AI search.
- Create images, logos, and visual content using text-to-image, image-to-image, brand consistency, and typography techniques, maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
- Produce video content with AI, applying text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video techniques, as well as writing scripts and adding subtitles.
- Create voiceovers, dubbing, music, and jingles using AI tools, and build functional landing pages directly from prompts.
- Leverage AI avatars to produce UGC videos and complete visual content without the need for creators or cameras.
- Apply the full set of skills and knowledge acquired throughout the program by building a complete brand from scratch — from brand identity and website to the first full month of content across all formats.

Teaching Material
Live presentations and demos via Zoom, recorded sessions for review, electronic notes and slides, a library of ready-to-use Claude Skills and prompts for participants, case studies from real brands, group and individual exercises, lab exercises with hands-on application across AI tools, hands-on workshops with live guidance, and an end-to-end capstone project.
Section Organization
The module structure is designed to provide a continuous and progressive learning experience, ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of Artificial Intelligence as a content production tool and develop practical skills they can apply directly in their professional environment.
The AI Foundations & Strategy module serves as the foundation of the program. Participants come to understand how Large Language Models work, become familiar with the most widely used platforms (ChatGPT, Claude), and learn how to build a personal AI ecosystem through Projects, Memory, Custom GPTs, and Claude Skills. More importantly, they master a prompting and workflow strategy that remains stable even as the tools themselves evolve — a critical asset in a field that changes rapidly.
Moving to AI-Powered Content Strategy, the program shifts focus from the tools to the thinking that precedes any creative output. Participants leverage AI for audience research, buyer persona development, brand identity formation, and competitive analysis, culminating in a complete content strategy and content calendar. This strategic foundation is essential before any production begins.
The modules on Text, Image, and Video Creation with AI follow in sequence and form the production core of the program. Participants learn to produce professional content in every format: from SEO-optimized e-shop copy and social media captions, to logos, banners, promo videos, and reels. Each module explores the core techniques (text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, etc.) and the most advanced tools currently available.
The Audio, Voice & Landing Pages with AI module completes the multimedia content experience. Participants produce voiceovers, dubbing, and original music, while also learning to build functional landing pages from a single prompt, integrating copy, visual, and structure into one cohesive pipeline.
The AI-Powered UGC Video module synthesizes everything taught up to this point. Participants discover how to leverage high-aesthetic templates for producing UGC, product reveals, transitions, and other content types, and how to combine AI avatars with voice, scripts, and visuals to create complete video content without creators and without a camera.
Finally, the Capstone Project — Building a Brand from Scratch allows participants to apply everything they have learned to a single, end-to-end project. They take a brand from concept to market: brand identity, strategy, logo, website, social media accounts, and a full first month of content across all formats. This project serves both as proof of skill and as a template they can replicate for clients or for their own businesses.
Each module connects directly to the next, creating a structure that incorporates a progressive development of skills: from understanding the tools, to strategic thinking, to content production across all formats, and finally to synthesizing all of these into a complete professional outcome.
