Eleni Apospori is a Professor at the Department of Marketing and Communication of the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a B.A. in Law from the Law School, University of Athens (1979), an M.A. from the Department of Sociology, University of Connecticut, USA (1983) and a Ph.D. from the Department of Sociology, University of Connecticut, USA (1990). Her academic interests include Intercultural Communication in the Workplace, Managing Human Resource Diversity, Comparative Studying of Human Resource Management Practices, Advancement of Women in the Workplace and Political Communication, and Dynamics of Social Exclusion of Women in Greece and Europe.
