Konstantina (Nadine) Georgiou is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Prior to joining AUEB, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Training & Development of Human Resources at Hellenic Mediterranean University, Instructor at Hellenic Open University and Lecturer at University of Liverpool online. Her research interests lie in the field of employee recruitment and selection, employability and job seeking, and gamification. She has published her work in international peer-reviewed academic journals such as European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and International Journal of Selection and Assessment.
