Vera Lazanaki holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and Behavior from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and she is a Psychology graduate from the University of Athens. Her research interests focus on the psychology of the employee, especially on well-being at work and interpersonal conflicts at work. She teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management at undergraduate and postgraduate level at A.U.E.B., U.O.A. and Metropolitan College of Athens, and also, in e-learning courses at the A.U.E.B. He also supervises dissertations in the MSc Global HRM at the University of Portsmouth. She participates in organisational psychology programmes funded by the European Union. She is a member of the volunteer group Job-Pairs.
