Irini Nikandrou is Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the Department of Marketing and Communication, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Her current research interests focus on the Positive Approach to Organizational Problems and especially on team learning and resilience. Her work has been presented at international academic conferences and published in international journals. She has significant experience in education both in academia, where she teaches Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management (HRM), Positive Organizational Literacy, Education Management and Business Administration at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and in business. She is particularly interested in introducing innovative educational methods using art in teaching and education. Alongside her academic activities she has considerable experience in business providing consultancy and HR training, and is systematically involved in volunteering within the University.
