Dr. Evgenia Pavlakou is an experienced trainer who has offered her professional services for many years, both as a consultant in Marketing issues and by conducting in-house seminars. She has extensive knowledge of the scientific field of Marketing and Communication, with a specialization in linking Education with the needs of the labor market. Her University studies cover a wide range of subjects, from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens - Department of Political Science and Public Administration (specialization in Communication and Mass Media), to the Organization and Administration of Education, from the same University along with a complementary program for the development of basic work skills. In addition, she has completed the Total Quality Management in Education program from the Open University and holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication with New Technologies from the Athens University of Economics. She has conducted a number of trainings related to Marketing, Management and Leadership, Effective Communication Skills, etc. She has written the educational materials on Tourism Marketing for Level 5 Institutes and Marketing and Communication for Educational Organizations for the distance learning program of the University of Piraeus, as well as English for Business for the distance learning program of the University of Ioannina, among others. As a member of the Scientific Association of Adult Educators, she has participated in the international project “EDUCATE”, with partners from 7 European countries, aiming to improve the quality of the education offered and the use of new technologies. She has also written articles that have been published in scientific journals, in Greek and English, with particular emphasis on improving the psychological capital of employees, and on the way in which the use of artificial intelligence (AI) is integrated both in the education and development of human resources, as well as in the care of the sick and the elderly. Nowadays, she is pursuing an academic career as she is a PhD holder at the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a lecturer at the Executive MBA of the National University of Athens in the course “Education and Development of Human Resources”. She has taught at the Business Administration department of the University of Greenwich in two specializations, those of Marketing and Tourism and at the University of Bolton-Greater Manchester in Practical Digital Marketing, Event Management, Research Methods, e.t.c.
