The program offers a comprehensive educational approach to developing the most critical soft skill in the modern workplace: communication skills. It is designed for professionals for whom communication is a defining factor, young professionals and students wishing to establish a solid foundation, as well as those operating within demanding multicultural environments.
The structure of the program begins with establishing the core concepts, boundaries, and barriers of the communication process between sender and receiver. Next, it examines the systematic collection of information, highlighting the importance of active listening, effective reading, and observation as prerequisites for the proper formulation of messages. At the interpersonal level, the program delves into emotional and social intelligence, analyzing different communication styles and the management of deadlocks. Concurrently, the stages of team development and the role of all members in ensuring smooth operations are examined, while the concept of cultural intelligence (CQ) is developed to bridge differences across nations, generations, or corporate cultures.
The program concludes with the study of verbal communication across synchronous and asynchronous channels, its alignment with non-verbal behavior (body language), and the analysis of strategies for managing demanding conversations, such as providing feedback, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
Upon completing the modules and presenting the final project, participants become fully aware of their professional image and the messages they project, have the ability to communicate with clarity, structure, and confidence. Furthermore, they are able to accurately decode the verbal and non-verbal messages emitted by others, avoiding misinterpretations and communication pitfalls.
Upon completing the program, participants will have significantly strengthened the most critical and enduring soft skill in the professional world: communication skills. They will be able to communicate with clarity and confidence in any professional setting, build productive relationships, and effectively manage even the most challenging conversations. They will also develop awareness of the messages they convey — verbal and non-verbal — so as to purposefully shape their professional image in the eyes of others.
More specifically, participants will be able to:
The program follows a blended learning approach with an orientation toward the flipped classroom model. Each module includes recorded video presentations covering the key theoretical points of that module, all accompanied by slides and bibliography. These serve as the foundation for the corresponding weekly live session, where questions are addressed, examples are presented, and exercises, simulations, and role-playing activities are conducted to deepen understanding. Each module also includes references to academic articles and case studies for further reading. Where appropriate, exercises and reflection prompts are included. Each module concludes with a multiple-choice test, which contributes to the participants' overall assessment.
