Personal Branding

Short Overview

The program follows an integrated approach to personal branding based on the principles of marketing and management, originally developed in the corporate context. Its main objective is to provide professionals with the necessary tools to effectively develop and communicate their distinct professional identity, and to identify and adapt to changes in the external environment, thus staying always in demand.

The first part of the program serves as an introduction to the theory of marketing management. The participants will acquire a full understanding of the concept and will be able to explicitly connect actions with goals and ensure consistency in their decisions. In the second part, theory is put into practice with numerous examples and cases that demonstrate how professionals can increase their brand awareness and credibility.

Additionally to the video recordings, participants have access to customized tools that will help them develop their brand. Moreover, at the end of each unit several exercises are available so that participants can directly apply their newly acquired knowledge. Altogether, these exercises comprise a step-by-step guide to building one's personal brand.
