ΑΙ in Business: Artificial Intelligence Utilization in Business Functions
The program provides practical knowledge for the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI/Gen AI), and AI Agents (AI Agents) in businesses with a focus on real business applications by function (finance, production, supply chain, human resources, marketing and sales).
The program is structured in 8 thematic sections:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
- Introduction to Business Information Systems
- AI Agents and Prompt Engineering
- AI in Accounting, Financial Systems and Human Resources
- AI in Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- AI in Marketing
- AI in Sales
- Process Redesign, Change Management and AI Transformation in Practice <
- Participants gain both theoretical training and applied skills to harness the potential of AI in businesses and organizations.
- Understand the basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI Agents, as well as their strategic importance for businesses.
- Understand the basic principles of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their role in business operations and digital transformation.
- Interpret business data and reports (dashboards, KPIs) from ERP/CRM for informed decision-making.
- Designs and implements AI use cases in key business functions such as accounting, supply chain, marketing, sales, and human resources.
- Utilizes AI tools and creates or configures AI agents, through appropriate prompts, to automate and support business processes.
- Identifies critical success factors and challenges in integrating AI technologies into business operations and applications.
- Applies digital transformation analysis with ERP/CRM and AI, taking into account organizational readiness, change management, and business value.
Includes training hours with classroom, laboratory, or remote (via live streaming) instruction along with any breaks.
Includes training hours (indicative) using an asynchronous distance learning (eLearning) platform.
Additional hours of work are included (indicative) and may include individual study, writing assignments, participation in field visits, participation in exams, etc.
The total hours include hours of synchronous and asynchronous training, as well as additional hours of employment.
Weeks in which activities of any kind are planned are included.
Target Audience
Participants should have the following knowledge and skills:
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and email management.
- English competence at a minimum B2 level, enabling comfortable engagement with English-language materials and international practices.
