The program provides practical knowledge for the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI/Gen AI), and AI Agents
(AI Agents) in businesses with a focus on real business applications by function (finance, production, supply chain,
human resources, marketing and sales).

Learning Goals
Upon completion of the program, trainees will be able to:
- Understand the basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI Agents, as well as their strategic importance for businesses.
- Understand the basic principles of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their role in business operations and digital transformation.
- Interpret business data and reports (dashboards, KPIs) from ERP/CRM for informed
decision-making.
- Designs and implements AI use cases in key business functions such as accounting, supply
chain, marketing, sales, and human resources.
- Utilizes AI tools and creates or configures AI agents, through appropriate prompts, to automate and support business processes.
- Identifies critical success factors and challenges in integrating AI technologies into business operations and applications.
- Applies digital transformation analysis with ERP/CRM and AI, taking into account organizational readiness, change management, and business value.
Program Value
Upon completion of the program, participants will have acquired knowledge and skills in the design, evaluation,
and utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI functionalities within business enterprise
information systems(ERP, CRM). They will be able to apply AI methods and tools across key business functions
(sales, marketing, financial management, supply chain, human resources) with the aim of improving business
processes and supporting evidence-based decision making.

The educational material includes video lectures by instructors, texts, case studies, supplementary video tutorials
with live demonstrations of tools, self-assessment exercises, and additional resources for further study.
