Short Overview
The program includes basic thematic units that make up the concept and content of European and National Energy Law. In addition to the brief and comprehensive development of the theory, emphasis is placed on the analysis of important judicial decisions that illuminate and enable the understanding of the theory.
Learning Goals
The objectives of the program are:
- The excellent training of trainees in the fundamental aspects of Energy Law, both in theory and in practice,
- To inform the trainees in a systematic way on how to apply Energy Law, both in theory and in theory, in theory and in practice,
- Familiarization with the way in which Energy disputes, which are constantly multiplying and evolving, are resolved.
Program Value
The program is taught by leading professors and professionals, is conducted in a highly interactive context and is based on the analysis of important jurisprudence decisions. It provides the basic theoretical and practical background to lawyers and paralegals who want to acquire specific and practical knowledge in Energy Law. Through education and training, participants will be able to provide the best and scientifically based advice and opinions on all energy matters.

Evaluation Method And Final Grade Computation
The final grade is based 50% on the performance on a written examination after the end of the lectures and 50% on the delivery of an individual/group work-case study, related to the subject of the lectures and the professional field of the trainee.
Learning Method Description
Trainees can participate in the program in two different ways: with in-classroom participation, or by watching live streaming , using a computer or smart phone at the place of their choice. Trainees that participate in the classroom should bring a laptop during class. Trainees declare their mode of participation in their application.
The Live Streaming method offers the following advantages:
- training without geographical restrictions,
- possibility to ask questions,
- possibility to watch the videotaped lecture later, and
- online availability of the program's educational material (the entire educational material is offered free of charge)
